Your name as it should appear next to the picture.

Your email address (optional).

Your WWW address (optional). Note that you can't provide both an email address and a WWW address.

A password (optional). You have to provide it if you want to edit or delete this picture later.

The same password again (optional). Just to make sure you didn't make a typo.

The picture itself. It must not be bigger than 2 MB. It will be automatically converted to a JPEG file with max dimensions of 480x480 pixels. (JPEGs smaller than 480x480 pixels won't be converted.)
